Premiums for the coverage you select are reasonable. In fact, coverage costs just pennies a day and unlike many other financial institutions who add the cost of the insurance up front, premiums are charged monthly based on your current balance. So as your loan balance comes down, so does your premium payment. Premiums can be added to your monthly loan payments for your convenience.

As a member you can select the financial protection you need when making a loan or a VISA account with the Credit Union. We offer three plans that you may choose individually or as a combination of protection:

Joint Life - You and your co-applicant can qualify as long as you have not reached the maximum eligible age on the date of your loan. This type of insurance pays the loan balance upon the death of either you or your co-applicant. Some exclusions may apply.

Single Life - Either you or your co-applicant can qualify. The same qualification applies. This type of insurance pay the loan balance upon the death of the designated member covered.

Single Disability - You may specify coverage for either you or your co-applicant. To qualify you :

• Must not have reached the maximum eligible age on the date of your loan
• You must be actively at work and regularly performing all the usual duties of a full time, gainful occupation, and only one applicant may be insured for any one loan
• This coverage picks up after 30 days of disability and will pay your loan payments until you are released from a physician's care
