Lobbies at all 3 locations will be closed as of Monday 3/30/2020

At Salem VA Credit Union, the health and well-being of our members, coworkers, and community is our top priority. We are committed to being responsive to all your needs as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic evolves.

Our lobbies will be temporarily closed to the public starting on Monday 3/30/20. The drive-thru, located at 112 W. Main St., will be operating under normal business hours (Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 6pm).

Special Notice Friday, April 3rd the drive-thru hours will be 7am – 7pm

Almost all services previously provided in our lobbies can be performed safely through our other tools detailed below.

    We are aware that some of our members may be experiencing financial hardships at this time. In order to relieve some of your burden, we are offering the following assistance:

    • Short term personal assistance loan (Certain criteria required)

    • Refinance options for loans from another lender
