Lobbies at all 3 locations are closed for appointment only until further notice

At Salem VA Credit Union, the health and well-being of our members, coworkers, and community is our top priority. We are committed to being responsive to all your needs as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic evolves.

The drive-thru, located at 112 W. Main St., will be operating under normal business hours (Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am – 6pm).

If you do make an appointment to enter out lobbies please keep the following procedures in mind

  • When entering the branch office, facemasks are now required.

  • Those that are ill are asked to stay home with the recommendation of taking advantage of phone or online services. As always, our online services make it easy to connect on the go!

  • Please remain 6ft apart.

  • For safety reasons, coffee service, magazines, and restrooms will be discontinued in our branches.

  • The number of members allowed in our lobbies will be limited to one at a time. We ask that members wait in their cars until the next person leaves.

    We are aware that some of our members may be experiencing financial hardships at this time. In order to relieve some of your burden, we are offering the following assistance:

    • Payment skips

    • Short term personal assistance loan (Certain criteria required)

    • Refinance options for loans from another lender
